NARRATIVE  TEXT

Definition
           Narrative text is a text which focusing some specific participants that have several structure feature making different from other text. Or can also be written to teach or inform.
Generic Structure

           There are 4th common generic structure of narrative text :
• Orientation: sees the scene and introduces the participants.
• Complication: a crisis arises.
• Resolution: Showing the way of participant to solve the crises, better or worst.
•Coda: is summarizes the poin of the story snd moral message.

Language Forms

• Using processes verb
• Conjunction
• Simple Past Tense

 Narrative text Example:

FLOODING

            An unforgotable experience experience in my live was a foolding. I was at home with my brother and my mother. Suddenly, our home started small loonger. At first. none of us realized what was happening. My Mother also yelled at My brother to clean the rooms. Meanwhile, My mother was  cleaned on the kitchen floor. The flooding lasted than a minute, but it not semmed like a year to us. At last, the rain stoped. For a minute we were too move to other rooms, next, we checked our home for damage. We felt very lucky for nothing thing was broken. However, our first flooding as an experience that none ou us will forget.

DESCRIPTIVE TEXT

Definition

            A text which explains about something from where the object being describe very clear.

• Concluding Sentence
• Logical Development

Descriptive Text Example:

ABOUT ME

            I'm is a Student in Muhammadiyah University of Metro, I has soft skin, but My hand not like silk. My body not like Agung Hercules body, but My body is sllim like Vidi Aldiano's body. My face is not oval and not round, but My face is rectangular like Christian Sugiono. My eyes are black like Alghazali Kohler's eyes. My Nose is pointed. On My lips are sensual slightly shapes who make the girls spellbound. Tall My Neck, i also have cool legs like David Becham, if i smiles, everyone certain falls in love. My voice like Afgan Syahreza. but I'm not the desire boy for everyone.

EXPOSITORY TEXT

Definition

            Exposition is a type of oral or written discourse that is used to explain, describe, give information or inform. The creator of an expository text can not assume that the reader or listener has prior knowledge or prior understanding of the topic that is being discussed. One important point to keep in mind for the author is to try to use words that clearly show what they are talking about rather then blatantly telling the reader what is being discussed. Since clarity requires strong organization, one of the most important mechanisms that can be used to improve our skills in exposition is to provide directions to improve the organization of the text.

Expository text Example:

 HOW PAPER COLOUR IS MADE

         Paper is made from certain material with the following process. The 1st, the trees are felled or down of cut. 2nd, the branches are removad. The 3rd, the trees are transported. The 4th the bark is stripped from the trunk. The 5th, trunks are sawn into the logs. The 6th, They are conveyed to the paper mill, The 7th, They are placed in the shreeder. The 8th, they are cut into small chips. The 9th mixed with water, acid and some colours. The 10th, heated & crushed to heavy pulp. The 11th, the wood pulp is cleaned. Finally, these sheets are pressed until the finished colour paper is procedure, those are how paper colour is made.
