Description Of Narrative Writing
When
you are asked to write a story, you are doing what is called "Narrative Writing." Narrative writing is meant to
entertain! Part of being human is getting to tell great stories!
Often, the word narrative is
synonymous with story. A narrative is
the story (fiction or non-fiction) told and the order in which it is told. Sometimes, there is a narrator, a character
or series of characters, who tell the story. Sometimes, as with most
non-fiction, the author himself/herself in the narrator. Narrative writing is very important in your
day-to-day life. For the rest of your
life,you will write texts, e-mails, cover letters, blogs, etc. about your beliefs,
your ambitions, information you know, and feelings you have. What could be more important?
Narrative writing in fiction and non-fiction (and even
poetry) tells others the stories of our personal experiences and allows us to
gain empathy and sympathy about the world around us.
How To Differ
From Other Writing Genres.
The difference between Narrative
with other genre or non-narrative is the two types of text is the organization.
Narrative text unfolds as a story. In many stories, events are told out of
order (for example, through flashbacks), but underneath the surface there is a
plot in which events are tied together chronologically. In non-narrative texts,
the structure might not be chronological. Instead, it can be organized in a
number of ways, such as:
- cause and effect
- main idea and supporting
details
- alphabetical order; e.g.,
dictionary or encyclopedia.
The
second major difference is that narratives have at least one lead character who
has thoughts, feelings and experiences and who is intended to engage the
reader.
Narrative
and non-narrative texts create very different reading experiences. Many theorists
and researchers
believe that narrative is the form of communication that comes to us most
naturally: when we share our experiences with others, we usually do so as a
narrative. As well, most of us will have heard or watched many narratives
before we learn to read them on our own. The reader’s involvement with the
character(s) also makes the experience of reading a narrative more personal.
Some people find it harder to get engaged with non-narrative text because it
lacks this human involvement. Others enjoy reading for facts and information
rather than for feelings and experiences.

MAKE A NARRATIVE WRITING

consist of the following structure:

as one of the assistance. The writer think if 15 minutes is the long time for a
practice that doing in front of other assistance with a teaching technique, but
all the chalenges have finished.

Showing the
way of participant to solve the crises, better or worse.
EX : Good or not the result the writer can accepted with
humble because the writter trush if Allah S.W.T, knows and always gives what
the better to Prophed Muhammad followers. And the writter said alhamdulillah to
Allah S.W.T because ever doing teaching practice infront of other people for 15
minutes. The writer was third semesters, and trush if one day what’s the
amazing day can we got from Allah S.W.T.

pounding. I ran goes to F buildings for saw the announcement on the
labouratourium’s wall, but the good destiny is not with Me. That
genesis maybe so far away from happy word, but I have gives the result
to Allah S.W.T.
